THE subsidiary of DoubleDragon Properties Corp has recently awarded the contract to build the Hotel 101 located in Davao City. Hotel 101-Davao is a joint venture project of DoubleDragon and Davao-bases W2JP2 Corp. The hotel will rise on a 5,300-square-meter prime commercial corner lot located at Eco West Drive at the side of SM City-Davao. Hotel 101-Davao is expected to be the largest hotel in Mindanao with 519 hotel rooms, a commercial and retail strip, and facilities to cater to conventions and events.
